Job desciption is below, and sure you've seen one of those before right? However here's a bit more honesty about working with us. We're a super friendly practice, and the clinic is full of smiles and laughter. We're pretty informal, because our patients enjoy that, but we have our serious faces on when it counts. We've always got an eye on governance, infection control, indemnity, clinical notes - the things that we know are important (you'll still find Dom and Michelle dancing in reception though sometimes).
We also want our Podiatrists to focus on the feet and the patient, and this means that our ops team take care of everything. They manage all instrument prep, autoclaving, and getting things ready for you - all you have to do is grab a tray of fresh instruments and off you go. You don't have to book appointments, take payments; we remove all the barriers so you can just deliver great patient care. We also make sure you've got the
time to deliver your appointments too, with 25 to 35 minute treatment times being delivered within 40 minute blocks. So no immediate back-to-backs either.
More details when you connect with us of course, but we wanted to share from the outset how we do things - and put simply it's a huge focus on keeping our team happy and stress-free!
